Eat during THESE hours and you are DOOMED

  • by

Hey. Do you know there are specific hours that you should NOT eat?

Now.

I am not talking about the typical “do not eat late at night” advice… those are some myths that don’t really help you with your fat loss.

You will still look at your clothes wondering why it doesn’t fit, like the person in the picture above.

Plus it makes dieting not fun, put stress on you and basically give you nothing in return.

What if there is a way for you to eat all you want, while losing much more fat without doing more?

You continue to enjoy your food, your cravings…

While seeing the fat just fading away for you.

Sounds too good to be true?

Let me present this new discovery to you… just like how I present this fresh muddy potato in this picture…

Recent studies done by USC and NMUM have suggested that Intermittent Fasting (IF) can dramatically boost fat loss for individuals.

What is Intermittent Fasting (IF)?

IF is a type of dieting that restricts your food consumption to certain hours. That is, you will only eat during certain time of the day, and fast outside those hours. There are two popular ways of doing so.

(A) Eat only within a 8-hour-window a day, everyday in a week

(B) Eat anytime you like 6 days a week, and reserve a 24-hour period for fasting

Both way works just as fine. I personally adopted (A) as it suits my lifestyle better.

That is, I eat only between 12pm and 8pm.

I lost 8lb (3.6kg) over a three-month period. During this period, I spent 1 month travelling, eating more than ever, like a fat boy and did cardio for less than 5 times.

The science behind the diet is that your body will cleanse and clear unwanted substances in your body during your fasting hours, so you will not only lose extra fat, but you will also remove toxins from the body.

In fact, it was found that IF is capable to improve your mood, make your mind clearer, improve digestion, reduce chronic health risk (think cancer & cardiovascular disease, suggested by University of Southern California Biochemist)… and many more.

Hell.

It’s that good.

Now you know the specific times you should eat and times that you SHOULDN’T.

IF is so good that you can enjoy the same food while losing double or triple the fat.

You can refer to this link written by Monique Tello from Harvard University for the validity on intermittent fasting, or this link from the health info site healthline.com for a beginner’s guide.

Gotta fly.
